Cutting the 3 1/2" lightening
holes in the main spar with a fly
cutter.  I left the protective
plastic on the spar to protect
against scratches.  

Remember, 1 less hole in the left
spar!
Marking the center lined
holes every 1 inch on the
94" template spar cap.  I
then center punched and
drilled with a #21 drill bit.
The template spar cap
was used to drill the
other 3 94" spar caps.

Clecos and spare bits
were used to hold the
hole alignment.
All of the 94" strips laid
out.

These were then used to
drill the other spar cap
sets.

this first as it was easier
than the main spars.
