Rib blank in the
forming jig I
borrowed from
Fred!  Just clamp
and pound!
After removing
from the jig.  
Pressed flat and
the sides are set
to 90 degrees.
Before fluting.  
The bending of
the flanges adds
a banana shape.  
Will be corrected
later!
