Horizontal stabilizer post - The
12" tube slips inside the 48"
tube. I used a 1/4" hole and 1
twist from the pipe cutter to
mark center. The hole goes
through both sides.

I then plug welded both holes.
The inside tube will also be
secured by the penetration of
the rest of the welds.

the squares and measuring to
align each one to the fuselage.

Tail braces welded.
Notice the splice on all 4
longerons. This was done
because of the UPS 8ft max
shipping policy.
